Among Greek and Norse storytellers, the figure of Hera is well-known. The ancient Greeks, Hera was the Queen of Mount Olympus and the wife of the all-powerful king of the gods, Zeus. She is a fitting figure to launch this new series celebrating the might of female figures from ancient mythology.

In this design, Hera is seated in a chariot that is driven by majestic peacocks as she rides through the heavens above Mount Olympus.
